Under the brand name PLASTHAN Schaum-Chemie develops, produces and processes Polyurethane flexible foams. The product range covers standard types with densities from 25 to 80 kg/m³ as well as customized specialties for various fields of application. Available are not only semifinished products such as blocks and sheaves but also accurate to size pre-cut parts and stamping parts, optionally even combined or laminated with other materials.

Schaum-Chemie produces PLASTHAN flexible foam blocks in a discontinuous process. Due to this specific production technique Schaum-Chemie is able to offer customized products which meet the individual requirements.

Tight tolerance zones of the product features ensure reproducible qualities on a very high standard.

Unlike continuous manufacturing the single-block production allows a short-term availability and this especially also for small purchase quantities.

Covering the whole production process, from developing special raw materials over gathering own formulations to shipping complete foam blocks, Schaum-Chemie offers a high reactivity and competitiveness.
